Annual Summer Carnival
Welcome to PIC – Masjid Usman's 1st Annual Summer Carnival, this year at a bigger location! A full day of food for all, rides for the kids, shopping stalls and much more — the biggest Masjid event of the year.

We at PIC are committed to providing a full day of fun and enjoyment for our community at low cost. Join us with your family and friends — there's food, rides, shopping and more for all ages.
Become a vendor
Interested in becoming a vendor this year? Register through the relevant form below and the coordinator will contact you to confirm. Spaces are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-pay basis.
Food vendors
Included: one 10×10 tent area · one 6 ft table · two folding chairs. Limited items per stall (to be determined with the coordinator).
Cost: Revenue / sales-sharing model — 80% to vendor, 20% to Masjid.
Extras: Electricity $30.00 · Extra chair $5.00 · Extra table $10.00
All food vendors must obtain a Durham Health permit. If selected, the link will be shared with you.
Shopping & services vendors

Conditions
- All bazaar payments must be made by EMT or cash at the office two weeks prior to the event.
- In case of rain and event cancellation, payment is 100% refunded.
- Vendors are responsible for their own certified electrical cords, equipment setup, storage, and the safety of their stall.
- Stalls are confirmed on a first-come, first-pay basis. To avoid duplication, some stalls are limited to a small number of spots.
